Due to the nature of this product, all purchases are deemed final. However, K'nechtology will issue a full refund within 15 days of purchase if the software has not been downloaded.

After completing the sale (via Paypal), you will receive instructions on where to download the current documentation. Within 48 hours of the sale, you will be e-mailed further instructions on where to download the Log Scrubber software. The link to the software download will remain active for 15 days.
